    Job Details

    • Experience in all areas of land surveying and phases of development.
    • Ability to manage members of a field survey crew.
    • 5 years of Survey Crew Chief experience is preferred.

    • Direct, train, and evaluate staff performance.

    Job Details

    • Experience in all areas of land surveying with knowledge of all phases of development.
    • Ability to draft maps such as design surveys, ALTA/NSPS surveys, topographic maps, parcel maps, records of survey, etc.
    • Collect, calculate and adjust mathematical computations such as distances, traverses and elevations.
    • Visit project sites to record survey measurements and other data.
    • Identify and locate previously placed survey points.
    • Read and interpret engineering plans.

    Job Details

    • Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Environmental Planning, Geography, or related field is desired, but not required.
    • Previous experience in planning, land use, or related field is preferred but not required.
